Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

MyFusion Solutions, LLC ("MyFusion," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MyFusion Helper platform at myfusionhelper.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency. This policy applies to all users of the Service, including visitors, trial users, and paid subscribers. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information. This information is necessary to create and manage your account and process payments.

Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, Helpers activated, actions taken, browser type, device information, IP address, and timestamps. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and identify areas for improvement.

Integration data. When you connect third-party platforms such as Keap or Zoom, we access and process data from those platforms as authorized by you. This may include contact records, campaign data, automation configurations, and other information necessary to provide the integrations you have enabled.

AI interaction data. When you use our AI-powered features, we collect the prompts, inputs, and queries you submit, as well as the AI-generated outputs. This data is used to deliver the AI functionality you have requested and to improve the quality of our AI features.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing automations, executing Helpers, and delivering AI-powered features.
  • Process your subscription, billing, and payment transactions.
  • Communicate with you about your account, service updates, security alerts, and support inquiries.
  • Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and enhancing the accuracy and performance of AI features.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the Service, including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. AI and Data Processing

What data AI models process. When you use AI Features, the text, prompts, and contextual data you provide are sent to AI models for processing. Depending on the feature, this may include contact names, email content, campaign details, and other information relevant to the task you are performing. We minimize the data sent to AI models to what is necessary for the requested function.

Your data is not used for model training. We do not use your data, prompts, or AI interaction history to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data is processed solely to generate the requested output and is not retained by AI providers for training purposes. We contractually require our AI service providers to maintain this standard.

Third-party AI providers. We use third-party AI service providers to power our AI Features. These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations regarding data security, confidentiality, and use limitations. We evaluate our AI providers for their privacy practices and security standards.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, authenticate your sessions, and analyze usage. These include:

  • Essential cookies that are necessary for the Service to function, such as authentication and session management cookies.
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve its design and functionality.
  • Preference cookies that remember your settings and choices to provide a personalized experience.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and relies on several third-party services to deliver its functionality:

  • Keap API — to access and manage your CRM data, contacts, campaigns, and automations.
  • Zoom — to facilitate video conferencing integrations and related automations.
  • Payment processors — to securely process subscription payments and billing transactions.
  • Analytics providers — to collect and analyze usage data for service improvement.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — to host and deliver the Service securely.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the data it collects and processes. We encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

7. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service, processing payments, providing customer support, and performing analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Secure authentication and identity management through AWS Cognito.
  • Regular security assessments, monitoring, and vulnerability testing.
  • Access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents that may occur.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain Your Data for thirty (30) days to allow for retrieval and export. Following this period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

We may retain certain information for longer periods as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining security and preventing fraud. Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
